Discovers Global Headquarters drives the strategy of the organization, brand development, network recruitment, development, training, performance standards and measurement, revenue reporting, and new client sourcing, as well as providing support services and administrative functions in such areas as legal, finance, accounting and risk management. Discovers Global office also acts an advisor to offices helping with financial planning, cash flow analysis, ROI analysis, financial assistance, and business guidance.
Situated in London, Discover's regional sales center provides a valuable point of contact and coordination for offices and clients. The UK team are experienced industry players with a solid understanding of International sales and marketing, and are responsible for Discover's performance in Europe, Middle East, South Africa and the Indian Sub-Continent
Many of Discover's clients base their operations for this region in London, and this is also Discover's largest region outside of the Americas, making it key to Discover's global success.
Manila performs a host of outsourcing functions for Discover's own global operations as well as for Discover clients. Current services include dedicated client global call center, e-ticketing, group desk support, inside sales support, and fare tracking and monitoring. The center provides extensive revenue management reporting - data entry, programming, customized reporting, analysis, breakdown by sales channel, fare type, property, etc - for hotel, air, cruise and car.
